We ship orders quickly and securely to ensure your fragrances arrive safely.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
· 1–2 business days for standard items
· Excluding weekends and holidays
During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping options may include:
· Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier regulations, we may not be able to ship fragrances to certain regions or countries. Any restrictions will be shown at checkout.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received:
· Check with neighbours or your local courier
· Contact us and we will assist in filing a claim
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded, unless it is as the error of Aubrey Fragrance.
7. International Shipping
Aubrey Fragrance does not currently provide international shipping. Please email info@aubreyfragrance.com should you wish to discuss an international shipping options.
