Refund & Returns Policy — Aubrey Fragrance

We hope you will love your purchase from Aubrey Fragrance. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
· The item is unopened, unused, and in its original re-sellable condition
· All packaging, caps, security stickers and presentation boxes are intact with no damage
· The product has not been sprayed, tested, or tampered with
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Samples & Sample Sets
Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Every item purchased includes a sample, if an item is returned a £5.00 deduction will be taken from the final refund amount when processing the return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. If you receive an item that is:
· Damaged
· Faulty
· Incorrect
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to assist with assessment. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
· We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service
· We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
· Return shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
· Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
· Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process
· Original shipping fees are non-refundable
· If samples were included in an order, the £5.00 handling fee will be deducted
· If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be rejected and returned to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
· Opened or used fragrances
· Samples or discovery sets
· Gift cards
· Clearance or final-sale items
· Items not in original condition
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Should you wish for an exchange please re-submit an order.
