Born in the north of the United Kingdom, Aubrey Fragrance, named after Matthews grandfather, was built to provide niche fragrance for both men and women with an old world soul.
Our co-founders, a couple, realised only a few months into their relationship that fragrance was a shared passion and, one day, a fragrance brand would be something they would pursue.
Each extrait de parfum scent is crafted in small batches and hand poured by the founders after it's refined through countless stages.
Their fragrance is designed to feel personal, not performative. Blending classic notes with modern, subtle accords, which can be worn alone or shared. Marking a moment for an individual or a couple.
CO-FOUNDER: Matthew
Matthew has loved fragrance since his early teens, collecting scents and developing a finely tuned olfactory instinct in that time.
Over the past five years, his passion has focused on niche fragrances, shaping the brand’s creations with a careful attention to detail and personality.
As the nose of the brand, Matthew combines expertise and intuition to craft scents that leave a lasting impression and with a background as a Mechanical Engineer, he brings analytical rigor to the business, ensuring that creativity and precision go hand in hand.

With a background in sales and marketing, Samantha brings creativity and strategy to the heart of the fragrance brand.
Having started her career as a window dresser across department stores, she fell in love with the power of scent, with the smell of the beauty hall becoming a nostalgic touchstone in her career.
Today, she leads the brand’s marketing, branding, and creative direction, while continuing to freelance for SMEs.
